1. Agreement By booking services

By booking services with Pro Michigan Clean, you agree to the terms outlined here. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Scope of Services Our services

Our services include residential and commercial cleaning. Specific requests must be agreed upon before the service date. Clients are responsible for preparing their space (e.g., clearing surfaces) to allow efficient cleaning.

3. Booking and Confirmation

Online booking requests do not guarantee availability. Once confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the total service fee.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Clients may reschedule up to 5 times without additional charge. More than 5 reschedules will forfeit the deposit and require a new booking.

5. Cleaning Crew and Safety

Our teams typically consist of 2 cleaners. All staff undergo background checks. We reserve the right to refuse service if our cleaners feel unsafe or if the environment is hazardous. Aggressive pets should be secured during the cleaning appointment.

6. Payments are due upon completion of the service.

Payments are due upon completion of the service. We accept credit card, bank transfer, or cash payments. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee.

7. Parking and Access

Clients are responsible for providing parking and access to the property. Lack of access or parking may result in a cancellation, with the cancellation fee applied.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Pro Michigan Clean reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if the conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary (e.g., extreme clutter, disconnected utilities).

9. Liability Pro Michigan Clean

Pro Michigan Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed to our staff. We are not liable for damage to fragile items (e.g., heirlooms, artwork) unless disclosed prior to service. Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours.

10. Customer Satisfaction

We offer a 24-hour guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.

11. Supplies

We provide all necessary cleaning supplies. If you prefer us to use specific products, please provide them in advance. Pro Michigan Clean is not liable for damage caused by customer-provided supplies.

12. Add-On Services

Clients can request additional services, such as interior window cleaning or organizing, for an extra fee. All add-ons must be agreed upon prior to the appointment.

12. Referrals

We appreciate referrals! Clients who refer new customers will receive a discount or credit towards their next cleaning service.


14. Governing Law

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in Michigan court
